IT ALL STARTED 13 YEARS AGO…
In 2011, I started changing my life through diet and exercise. Within a year I had shed over 30 pounds, went from a size 12 to a size 5, and had never felt better in my life. As my body changed, my mental focus began to shift. I found myself being called to have a greater impact; to help others on their path to wellness. In 2014, I became certified in Power Pilates, and turned my passion into a full-time career. I have spent thousands of hours learning, practicing, teaching, and creating strong connections in the Austin fitness community. I'm so grateful for the things I've learned.
